Seamlessly accommodating a variety of materials, including solid aluminum, pre-painted aluminum, polycarbonate (Lexan), and ACM (aluminum composite material like Alucobond or Durobond), the LockNess employs the cold metal joining technique, known as clinching, for solid and pre-painted aluminum letters. For polycarbonate and ACM letters, our self-piercing rivets (SPR) ensure secure and rapid fastening.
